This year, I am launching a new initiative: “Wellness at Work”, designed to help businesses support their employees’ mental health and improve workplace satisfaction. Studies show that 41% of employees feel more engaged and satisfied with their jobs when they have access to wellness programs. It’s also a wonderful way for employers to show appreciation for their teams.

I’m thrilled to share that we have worked with Burnley FC & HAPPA & these sessions have been so well received and they are already booking again!

After working with Burnley FC the feedback was incredible, staff said it really helped their mental wellbeing, they found their experience so relaxing & it was the talk of the office creating positive staff morale. Wellness at Work offers two packages. One package offers taster experiences with 20 minutes offered to each member of staff, or we have a rewards package whereby full experiences can be offered as rewards for staff. 

The taster experiences include one of the following:

• Hand & Arm Massage

• Indian Head Massage

• Reiki Energy Healing

• Neck & Shoulder Massage (limited)
   

All treatments are performed over clothing on a portable massage chair, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for your team.
