As part of every clients consultation I keep information on what services have been carried out and what products have been used. This is for future reference if you return and would like the same service carried out.

As part of the fabulous service I offer I may ask for your contact details. I use that information for one reason: to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I may use this information to liase with yourself regarding already booked appointments, future appointments or to discuss any queries. I don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. If appointments have been booked through the salon this information may be stored on a secured digital database.
