The epiphany struck when I couldn't shake the sense of restlessness during my treatments. I initially believed the issue was with me, but it gradually became clear that it was the surroundings. Harsh lighting, chilly atmospheres, and therapists who never ceased their chatter created an environment far from the oasis of relaxation that I yearned for. It was high time that someone redefined the salon experience to ensure that from the moment you step inside, you can let go and unwind.
